Administrative Services
The Administrative Services Department plays a vital role in supporting the operational and strategic functions of the Town of Northlake. Under the leadership of the Administrative Services Director, the department oversees key internal services including Human Resources, Information Technology, Communications and Marketing, Strategic Management and Performance Tracking, and Special Events.
In addition to managing these core functions, Administrative Services works closely with the Town Manager to support the successful implementation of town-wide initiatives and long-term strategic goals. The department also provides oversight of organizational policies to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with the Town’s mission and values. Furthermore, Administrative Services assists with the oversight of the Town’s Capital Improvement Program (CIP), helping to ensure that capital projects align with strategic priorities, are executed efficiently, and meet community needs.
Through a commitment to operational excellence and responsive service, the department ensures that the Town of Northlake remains a well-managed, transparent, and forward-thinking organization.
