Water Awareness
With summer officially here, it’s important to be aware of your water usage and how it can affect every resident. Lawn and outdoor overwatering are the biggest producers of wasted water, with inefficient watering practices and broken or poorly maintained irrigation systems leading to 50 percent of landscape water being wasted.
As of May 20, 2022, the Town of Northlake entered Stage 1 Water Conservation, requiring residents to follow the landscape and lawn irrigation schedule below until the Town returns to normal operating levels:
