We strive to give residents and commercial users the best and friendliest, quality service available. Please contact us with any questions or concerns you may have. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your service request.

To Start a New Service:

If you are new to Northlake, you will need to start a new service. Please complete an account setup form and return via email to utilitybilling@town.northlake.tx.us. A $150.00 deposit is required to start service. Once your application is processed, you will receive an email with an account number, pin number and instructions to process your payment. We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Cash or check (made payable to Town of Northlake)
    • By mail: 1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake, TX, 76226
    • Drop box: located through the first set of lobby doors at Northlake Town Hall (1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake, TX, 76226), directly to the right.
  • Credit card


To Transfer a Service:

If you are moving from one Northlake address to another, you will need to complete and submit a water transfer form. Water transfer forms may be submitted:

  • Via email: utilitybilling@town.northlake.tx.us

  • Drop box: located through the first set of lobby doors at Northlake Town Hall (1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake, TX, 76226), directly to the right.


To Disconnect a Service:

To stop service at your Northlake address please complete and submit a water disconnect form. Water disconnect forms may be submitted:

To Register for Automatic Bill Payment:

To sign up for auto pay, please complete and submit an automatic bill payment form. Automatic bill payment forms may be submitted:

  • Via email: utilitybilling@town.northlake.tx.us
  • By mail: 1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake, TX 76226
  • Drop box: located through the first set of lobby doors at Northlake Town Hall (1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake, TX, 76226), directly to the right.
  • Online:
    1. Log in to or create your Town of Northlake water account using your account number and pin number
    2. Click on "Action to Perform"
    3. Choose the second option: "Register for Additional Services"
    4. Complete your information
    5. Once registered, click "Action to Perform"
    6. Options to auto-draft from either a credit card or banking account will appear


CareFlite

The Town of Northlake and CareFlite have partnered together to allow all water customers the opportunity to become CareFlite members for $1.00 per month through their water bill.  This includes all permanent members of the household.  Please see link for the membership application.


Report Water Issues

To report water problems or issues with your water service call Public Works Department at 940-242-5707 during office hours.

For after hours water emergencies call 972-943-4981.


Water Awareness

Year-round, water awareness, is in effect for all Northlake water customers.


Water Conservation

Water customers are requested to voluntarily reduce water use, to practice water conservation and to minimize water use for non-essential purposes. 

  • Limit landscaping watering at each service address 3 times per week.
  • No watering between the hours of 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. for efficient use of irrigation water.
  • Prior to filling any pool in excess of 10,000 gallons capacity (above ground or in-ground), the owner or the owner’s representative shall apply for a scheduled filling date(s) and time with the director of public works.
