The Utility Billing department is responsible for billing and assisting with questions related to your water, sewer, and trash services. We strive to provide residents and customers with friendly and high-quality service. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have.

Payment for water and sewer services is due by 5:00 PM on the 15th of each month, unless the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday. If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, then payment will be due by 5:00 PM on the next available business day.

Water and Sewer Services

Water and sewer services are provided to a variety of neighborhoods throughout Northlake (see the chart above). To view the Town's current water and sewer rates, please visit our Utility Rates page. 

Payment of charges for water and sewer services are due by 5:00 PM on the 15th of each month, unless it is a weekend or holiday. If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, then payment is due by 5:00 PM on the next available business day.  

It is strongly encouraged that residents and customers make payment by the due date. The failure to make a payment on time will cause a penalty to be charged to the account and may result in the disconnection of services.  

Trash and Recycling Services

The Town of Northlake provides trash and recycling services to residents through Waste Connections, a 3rd party service provider. Residents are provided one trash and one recycling cart as a part of their base service cost. Trash and recycling pick up occur each Wednesday and residents are encouraged to have their trash and recycling placed on their curb by no later than 7 AM.

The Town of Northlake and CareFlite have partnered together to allow all customers of the water system to become members of CareFlite for $1 per month through their water bill. This includes all permanent family members of your household at no additional cost. 

You can enroll for the service utilizing this link. You can also call CareFlite at 877-339-2273 to add household members. 

You may opt out of this service by completing the Opt Out Form (PDF) and submitting it to utility billing who can be reached at 940-648-3290.
