Under the leadership of the Administrative Services Director, the department oversees key internal services including Human Resources, Information Technology, Communications and Marketing, Strategic Management and Performance Tracking, and Special Events.

Municipal Court
The Municipal Court is the judicial branch of the Town's government. In addition, the Municipal Court is part of the state judicial system. The Municipal Court hears Class C Misdemeanor criminal cases, including traffic violations, for which the maximum fine, upon conviction, does not exceed $500, and for which no jail sentence may be assessed.
