Water Awareness
It’s important to be aware of your water usage and how it can affect every resident. Lawn and outdoor overwatering are the biggest producers of wasted water, with inefficient watering practices and broken or poorly maintained irrigation systems leading to 50 percent of landscape water being wasted.
Northlake’s wholesale water suppliers are now requiring that the Town restricts watering to two times per week year round.
Here’s what you need to know:
💧 Even addresses may water on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
💧 Odd addresses may water on Sundays and Thursdays.
💧 Businesses, churches and schools may water on Tuesdays and Fridays.
💧 No watering on Mondays.
💧 No watering between the hours of 10am and 6pm
💧 Handheld watering may be done on any day.
💧 Before you fill your pool complete the Pool Fill Form
