Parks, Recreation & Open Space Master Plan
The Parks, Recreation and Open Space Master Plan is the official planning document to guide the development of parks and recreation facilities and preserve open space within the Town of Northlake. The plan includes a needs assessment, future park recommendations, park and trail system standards, and a priority list.

Industrial Sector Plan
The Industrial Sector Plan is a master plan that serves as a guide for development within the industrial areas identified in the Northlake Vision and Comprehensive Plan.

Master Thoroughfare Plan
The Master Thoroughfare Plan (MTP) is the long-range plan for major transportation facilities in the Town of Northlake. The MTP is not targeted to a specific point in the future, but is intended to accommodate the ultimate development of the Town’s thoroughfare network. It is a right-of-way preservation document, allowing the orderly development of a network necessary to support the Town’s growth plans. Future thoroughfare alignments are conceptual, long-term, and general in nature and are subject to change through legislative action by the Town Council. The current iteration of the MTP was approved by the Northlake Town Council on October 28, 2021.
Water & Sewer Master Plans
The Town's drinking water is obtained from Town owned wells, Upper Trinity Regional Water District and the City of Fort Worth's surface water system. The City of Fort Worth obtains service water from Lake Worth, Richland Chambers Reservoir, Eagle Mountain Lake, Clear Fork, Trinity River, and Cedar Creek Reservoir and supplies the south portion of our Town. The northern subdivisions are supplied by Upper Trinity Regional Water District for Lake Lewisville.
