Property Management & Third-Party Billing Inquiries Form

    Due to high call volumes and limited staffing, the Town of Northlake requires property management companies and third-party billing agents to submit utility billing inquiries through the online request form.

    Responses will be provided within 7-10 business days.

    This process does not apply to individual residential or commercial utility customers. Utility Billing will continue to provide phone support to those customers and for urgent service-related issues during normal business hours.

    This requirement applies to:

    • Property management companies
    • Third-party utility billing providers
    • Multifamily apartment managers
    • Companies submitting inquiries on behalf of multiple utility accounts
  3. Required Method of Contact

    All utility billing inquiries related to account balances, billing information, payment amounts, or account status must be submitted using this online inquiry form.

    Phone inquiries for these matters will not be accepted from property management companies or third-party billing agents. Such calls will be directed to complete the online form.
