Application Process

The Town of Northlake is looking for volunteers to serve on various boards, commissions, and corporations. The Town Council relies on these groups to make informed decisions, and it is a perfect opportunity for citizens to get involved in your local government. 

If you are interested in serving the Town of Northlake, please contact the Town Secretary's Office at (940) 242-5702, for more information, or submit an application via the APPLY NOW button.

After applications are submitted, the Town Secretary's Office will review and vet each application as required by the Town Charter, Code of Ordinances, and all applicable State Laws.  Applicants will be advised if their application met the requirements to be listed for consideration by Town Council. 

Appointments, with the exception of filling an unexpired term, are considered by Town Council during the last meeting in May.

NOTE: Applications submitted will remain on file 180 days from the date of submission.

REMINDER: Applicants must be Denton County registered voters.
