The Town of Northlake owns and maintains several properties. Some of these properties have existing facilities such as the site of the Public Works Building. Other properties are reserved for future development by the Town for uses such as utility services, public safety, and parks. Northlake's new Town Hall is located within the Northlake Commons commercial development on FM 407.
