The Northlake Economic Development Corporation (EDC) and Northlake Community Development Corporation (CDC) hereby give notice pursuant to Texas Local Government Code, Sec. 505.160, of their consideration to undertake a project to fund entry monument signage along highways and roadways near town limits entry points for the purpose of assisting in promotion of new or expanded business in Northlake, in a total amount not to exceed $850,000.  A public hearing on the project will be held before the EDC and CDC at a joint meeting to begin at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 15, 2026, at Northlake Town Hall, 1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake, Texas.
