Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Northlake Town Council at a meeting to begin at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at Northlake Town Hall, 1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake, Texas, where all interested persons may appear and be heard on the petition filed by the landowners pursuant to Local Government Code, Section 43.0671 requesting annexation of approximately 199 acres of land generally located east of FM 156 and south of Downe Road, in the exclusive extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) of the Town.
