Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held before the Northlake Planning & Zoning Commission at a meeting to begin at 5:30 pm on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at Northlake Town Hall, 1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake, Texas, and before the Northlake Town Council at a meeting to begin at 5:30 pm on Thursday, January 8, 2026, at Northlake Town Hall, 1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake, Texas. The purpose of the hearings is to hear comments for or against an amendment to the Industrial Planned Development (I-PD) applicable to approximately 57.325 acres of land located on the southeast corner of Harmonson Road and McPherson Drive.
