Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Northlake Town Council at a meeting to begin at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 13, 2025, at Northlake Town Hall, 1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake, Texas, for the purpose of receiving public comments on the creation of a reinvestment zone pursuant to Texas Tax Code, Chapter 312, the Redevelopment and Tax Abatement Act, as amended, which will enable the Town to abate taxes pursuant to the Town’s Incentives Policy on property within the proposed Town of Northlake Reinvestment Zone No. 05, approximately 67.95 acres generally located north of FM 407 approximately 1,200 feet east of Faught Road. This hearing is pursuant to a resolution authorized by the Northlake Town Council on February 27, 2015, and Texas Statute. All interested persons are encouraged to attend and present their views at the hearing.
