Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held before the Northlake Planning and Zoning Commission at a meeting to begin at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at Northlake Town Hall, 1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake, Texas, and before the Northlake Town Council on Thursday, December 12, 2024, at a meeting to begin at 5:30 pm at Northlake Town Hall, 1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake, Texas. The purpose of the hearings is to hear comments for or against establishing zoning of I-PD – Industrial Planned Development on approximately 60 acres of land located on the southeast corner of Harmonson Road and McPherson Drive in the Town’s exclusive extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) to be annexed at the same Town Council meeting.
