Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held before the Northlake Planning and Zoning Commission at a meeting to begin at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at Northlake Town Hall, 1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake, Texas, and before the Northlake Town Council on Thursday, October 10, 2024, at a meeting to begin at 5:30 pm at Northlake Town Hall, 1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake, Texas. The purpose of the hearings is to hear comments for or against an amendment to the Pecan Square Mixed-Use Planned Development (MPD) applicable to approximately 11.54 acres of land generally located south of FM 407 and 1,300 feet east of North Pecan Parkway to allow Church/Place of Worship as a permitted use and provide related development standards.
