Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Northlake Town Council at a meeting to begin at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 12, 2024, at Northlake Town Hall, 1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake, Texas, where all interested persons may appear and be heard on the petition filed by the landowners pursuant to Local Government Code, Section 43.0671 requesting annexation of approximately 67.95 acres of land generally located north of FM 407 in the 1600 and 1700 blocks of FM 407 contiguous to the current town limits of Northlake, Texas, in the Town’s exclusive extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ).
