Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held before the Northlake Planning & Zoning Commission at a meeting to begin at 5:30 pm on Tuesday, August 15, 2023, at Northlake Town Hall, 1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake, Texas, and before the Northlake Town Council at a meeting to begin at 5:30 pm on Thursday, August 24, 2023, at Northlake Town Hall, 1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake, Texas. The purpose of the hearings is to hear comments for or against proposed text amendments to revise Section 10.3, Size of Space, of Article 10, Parking and Loading Standards, of the Unified Development Code (UDC).
