Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Northlake Town Council at a meeting to begin at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 22, 2023, at Northlake Town Hall, 1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake, Texas, where all interested persons may appear and be heard on the petition filed by the landowners pursuant to Local Government Code, Section 43.0671 requesting annexation of approximately 806.645 acres of land located north of Dale Earnhardt Way and Victory Circle between FM 156 and IH 35W contiguous to the current town limits of Northlake, Texas, in the Town's exclusive extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ).
