TOWN OF NORTHLAKE, TEXAS
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 
TO AMEND THE PROJECT AND FINANCING PLAN OF
TAX INCREMENT REINVESTMENT ZONE NUMBER TWO (THE “ZONE”) TO AUTHORIZE TAX ABATEMENT ON PROPERTY WITHIN THE ZONE PURSUANT TO TEXAS TAX CODE SECTIONS 311.013 (g) AND 311.0125 AND TEXAS TAX CODE CHAPTER 312

TAKE NOTICE that the Town Council of the Town of Northlake, Texas, shall convene at 5:30 P.M. on January 22nd, 2026, at its regular meeting place Northlake Town Hall, 1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake, Texas 76226, and during such meeting, the Town Council will hold a public hearing and consider an ordinance to amend the Project Plan and Reinvestment Zone Financing Plan (the “Plan”) of Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Number Two, Town of Northlake (the “Zone”), to authorize tax abatement on property within the Zone pursuant to Texas Tax Code Sections 311.013(g) and 311.0125 and Texas Tax Code Chapter 312, and discuss its benefits to the Town and to property in the proposed zone. It is anticipated that the tax abatement will apply to approximately 78 to 100 acres of land in the Zone situated in the Mary Polk Survey, Abstract No. 993, the M.E.P. & P.R.R. Co. Survey, Abstract No. 910, and the G. Cardinas Survey, Abstract No. 215, generally located near Harmonson Road and FM 156, in the Town of Northlake, Denton County, Texas. A map or a metes and bounds description of the land is available at the Town Hall and available for public inspection. The purpose of the amendment to the Plan is to promote the development and redevelopment of property within the Zone. All interested persons may speak for or against the amendment to the Plan and the authorization of tax abatement, the boundaries of the area eligible for tax abatement, or the concept of tax abatement or tax increment financing. The owners of property within the proposed Zone will be given a reasonable opportunity to protest the inclusion of their property in the proposed Zone and the eligibility of property for tax abatement. Following the public hearing, the Town Council will consider the adoption of an ordinance amending the Plan and authorizing tax abatement.
