Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held before the Northlake Planning & Zoning Commission at a meeting to begin at 5:30 pm on Tuesday, November 8, 2025, at Northlake Town Hall, 1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake, Texas, and before the Northlake Town Council at a meeting to begin at 5:30 pm on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at Northlake Town Hall, 1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake, Texas. The purpose of the hearings is to hear comments for or against proposed text amendments to Section 9.5, Exterior Construction and Design Standards, Section 9.10, Landscaping and Tree Protection, and Section 11.18, [Sign] Definitions and Requirements, of the Unified Development Code (UDC) to update standards related to exterior design, landscape variances, and billboards.
