Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held before the Northlake Planning & Zoning Commission at a meeting to begin at 5:30 pm on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at Northlake Town Hall, 1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake, Texas, and before the Northlake Town Council at a meeting to begin at 5:30 pm on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at Northlake Town Hall, 1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake, Texas. The purpose of the hearings is to hear comments for or against proposed text amendments to Section 3.4, Board of Adjustments, of the Unified Development Code (UDC) to update Subsection C, Powers of the Board, for the Board of Adjustment (BOA) to act as the Building and Standards Commission for the Town.
