Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Northlake Town Council at a meeting to begin at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at Northlake Town Hall, 1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake, Texas, where all interested persons may appear and be heard on the petition filed by the landowners pursuant to Local Government Code, Section 43.0671 requesting annexation of approximately 155.783 acres of land generally located east of FM 156, contiguous to the current town limits of Northlake, Texas, at the southern extent of the exclusive extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) of the Town.
