Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held before the Northlake Planning and Zoning Commission at a meeting to begin at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at Northlake Town Hall, 1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake, Texas, and before the Northlake Town Council on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at a meeting to begin at 5:30 pm at Northlake Town Hall, 1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake, Texas. The purpose of the hearings is to hear comments for or against establishing zoning of I-PD – Industrial Planned Development on approximately 155.783 acres of land generally located east of FM 156 at the southern extent of the Town's exclusive extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) to be annexed at the same Town Council meeting.
