Notice is hereby given that a public hearing originally scheduled for Thursday, August 14, 2025, has been postponed to be held before the Northlake Town Council at a meeting to begin at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 28, 2025, at Northlake Town Hall, 1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake, Texas, where all interested persons may appear and be heard on the petition filed by the landowners pursuant to Local Government Code, Section 43.0671 requesting annexation of approximately 25.5 acres of land at 4351 Dale Earnhardt Way, being Lot 2, Block A, H3 Cattle Addition, in the exclusive extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) of the Town.
