Notice is given that during the Town of Northlake, Town Council meeting starting at 5:30 p.m. on July 10, 2025, Council Chambers, Town Hall, 1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake, Texas 76226, a public hearing will be held to consider an ordinance amending the Project and Financing Plan for Tax Increment (Financing) Reinvestment Zone Number One, Town of Northlake, Texas, to increase or decrease the total estimated project costs related to maintenance, repair, and construction of trail system and park and recreational facility improvements. This public notice is made in accordance with Chapter 311, Texas Tax Code.
