Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held before the Northlake Planning and Zoning Commission at a meeting to begin at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at Northlake Town Hall, 1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake, Texas, and before the Northlake Town Council on Thursday, July 24, 2025, at a meeting to begin at 5:30 pm at Northlake Town Hall, 1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake, Texas. The purpose of the hearings is to hear comments for or against establishing zoning of I-PD – Industrial Planned Development on approximately 117 acres of land generally located northwest of Harmonson Road and McPherson Drive and in the Town of Northlake upon annexation on June 12, 2025.
