The Northlake Economic Development Corporation (EDC) and Northlake Community Development Corporation (CDC) hereby give notice pursuant to Texas Local Government Code, Sec. 505.160, of their consideration to undertake a project to promote new or expanded business development. The project is a Business Gift Card Program to provide targeted assistance to businesses impacted by State Highway 114 construction activity in a total amount up to $150,000. A public hearing on the project will be held before the CDC at a meeting to begin at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 17, 2025, at Northlake Town Hall, 1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake, Texas, and a public hearing on the project will be held before the EDC at a meeting to begin at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at Northlake Town Hall, 1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake, Texas.
