Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Northlake Town Council at a meeting to begin at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 22, 2025, at Northlake Town Hall, 1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake, Texas, where all interested persons may appear and be heard on the potential renaming of all or portions of the following described sections of Cleveland-Gibbs Road, Dale Earnhardt Way, and Sam Lee Lane and shown on the map below:
1. Cleveland-Gibbs Road from the 13000 through 13400 blocks between Sam Lee Lane and Dale Earnhardt Way.
2. Cleveland-Gibbs Road from the 14000 through 14700 blocks between SH 114 and Chadwick Parkway.
3. Cleveland-Gibbs Road in the 15700 block between Chadwick Parkway and the Northlake town limits/Fort Worth city limits.
4. Dale Earnhardt Way from the 3800 through 4400 blocks between IH 35W and SH 114.
5. Sam Lee Lane from the 8300 through 8900 blocks between Ashmore Lane and Cleveland-Gibbs Road.
