Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held before the Northlake Planning and Zoning Commission at a meeting to begin at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at Northlake Town Hall, 1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake, Texas, and before the Northlake Town Council on Thursday, December 12, 2024, at a meeting to begin at 5:30 pm at Northlake Town Hall, 1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake, Texas. The purpose of the hearings is to hear comments for or against a zoning change from AG – Agricultural to C-PD – Commercial Planned Development for approximately 11.44 acres of land located north of SH 114 and east of Dale Earnhardt Way.
