Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held before the Northlake Planning and Zoning Commission at a meeting to begin at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at Northlake Town Hall, 1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake, Texas, and before the Northlake Town Council on Thursday, November 14, 2023, at a meeting to begin at 5:30 pm at Northlake Town Hall, 1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake, Texas. The purpose of the hearings is to hear comments for or against a zoning change from AG – Agricultural to RE-PD – Rural Estate Planned Development (0.9-acre minimum lot size single-family residential lots) for approximately 34.084 acres of land located on the east side of Faught Road approximately 1,500 feet north of Carpenter Road.
