Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held before the Northlake Planning & Zoning Commission at a meeting to begin at 5:30 pm on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, at Northlake Town Hall, 1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake, Texas, and before the Northlake Town Council at a meeting to begin at 5:30 pm on Thursday, May 23, 2024, at Northlake Town Hall, 1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake, Texas. The purpose of the hearings is to hear comments for or against proposed text amendments to Article 12, Subdivisions, of the Unified Development Code (UDC) to update provisions for approval of plats. Case # UDC-24-002.
