Start A New Service

New Northlake residents can sign up for Water, Sewer, Trash and Recycling here.

After the request is processed by the Town, account login information with your new account number, PIN and instructions with how to pay the utility deposit will be included in a confirmation email. 

Processing can take up to two business days. Be sure to check Spam/Junk folders for the service confirmation email from town.northlake.tx.us

A $150.00 deposit is required to start service.

A step-by-step walkthrough can be found below


STEP 1.

Head to https://www.2turniton.com, enter your new service address information and choose residential.step_one_sign_up

STEP 2.

Click on the View Plans button in the Water section.

Select the services provided by the Town by clicking the orange Details button in the Northlake section.

STEP 4.

Select your services by clicking the green “Add to cart” button. Every resident is automatically signed up CareFlite and trash services unless the service address is in Harvest or Canyon Falls MUD subdivisions. Residents can view the services offered here.

Click the grey "Cart" button to proceed to checkout.
