Start A New Service

New Northlake residents can sign up for Water, Sewer, Trash and Recycling here. After finishing, an email confirming your request for services will be sent. Account login information and how to pay your utility deposit will be included in a follow up after the request is processed by the Town. Processing can take up to two business days. A $150.00 deposit is required to start service. Once your application is processed, you will receive an email with an account number, pin number and instructions to process your payment. STEP 1.

Head to https://www.2turniton.com/, enter your Zipcode and choose Residential.

Click on the View Plans button in the Water section.

STEP 3.

Select the services provided by the Town by clicking the orange Details button in the Northlake section.

STEP 4.

Select what services you would like to sign up for. Every resident is automatically signed up for Trash services, unless you live in the Harvest. Residents can see if CareFlite and Sewer are offered to their residence here.

STEP 5.

Click the grey cart button to proceed to checkout. New residents signing up for other utilities can view plans for other services by selecting Continue Shopping.
